Criticized the MP for the coalition of state law Rubaie, on Monday, the House of Representatives to adopt the proposal on the principle of the basket in one pass laws, while noting that most of the laws passed consensual and ulterior political deals at the expense of other important laws.
Rubaie said for "Sky Press," that "the laws you pass one basket for a vote usually by the parliamentary blocs and according to party quotas, and therefore there will be concessions for important things of interest to Iraqi citizens at the expense of some of the laws that will generate crippling".
He added that "some political blocs do not feel national responsibility despite the fact that Iraq is about to build a civil and democratic state", calling for political blocs to "not to approve the adoption of the principle of the basket in a single pass laws for the presidency of the parliament for the purpose of voting on them."
The news agency noted that some political blocs submitted a proposal to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to adopt the principle of One basket to pass laws.
