Abadi calls Municipality of Baghdad to make more effort in services provision

Shafaq News / Iraqi Prime Minister , Haider al-Abadi confirmed the need to double the efforts by the Municipality of Baghdad in the provision of services to the residents of the capital. Abadi met in his office on Sunday the Mayor of Baghdad , Thikra Alloush ,” According to a statement issued by the Media Office of the Prime Minister.
The statement added that during the meeting, they discussed the future plans of the Municipality of Baghdad and the importance of the capital to look civilized and the most prominent obstacles to implementation of the plans.”
The statement added that Abadi called to redouble efforts and provide better services to the people of Baghdad and make a qualitative leap in the type of services provided to them.
The capital Baghdad is experiencing bad service reality as governments that came after 2003 couldn’t improve the reality because of the spread of financial and administrative corruption in government departments and institutions as well as unstable security.
