Anbar Council declares bankruptcy and borrow from banking companies ..!

The Board of Anbar province, a member of holiday Ammash, Tuesday, that the Council began to borrow money from the haves and banking companies for the conduct of the affairs of the province, stressing run out of funds in the province, as demanded the Anbar budget for 2015 for the relief of displaced people and the displaced.
Ammash and said, "The local government of Anbar began to borrow money from the haves and the owners of banking companies to manage the affairs of the province, and after running out of funds from Anbar fully."
Ammash and demanded the central government and the prime minister Haider al-Abadi, "the launch of Anbar's budget for 2015 for the purpose of contributing to the relief of displaced persons and displaced persons and provide for their needs and the conduct of the affairs of the province."
The House of Anbar province, a member of holiday Ammash student, on Thursday (April 23, 2015), the central government launched the province's budget for 2015, stressing the need to maintain funds to support the battle security forces and tribesmen against al "Daash" and relief to the displaced.
