House of Representatives prepares to vote on the draft law after the Federal Court to resolve points of contention in paragraphs, according to a member of the parliamentary legal committee Hamdiya al-Hassani.
Hassani said in a press statement, received / scales News / copy of it: "The meeting was held yesterday between the heads of political blocs and the Legal Committee and the Presidium of the House of Representatives, during which they resolve the differences on the Federal Court Act."
She explained that "the most important variables on the law increasing the number of jurists in the court to four instead of two, and to be president of the court deputies, not one deputy, and the duration of membership in the Court 6-year renewable term instead of 12 years."
She added Husseini said "Today's vote on the Federal Court Act is considered the greatest achievement achieved by the House of Representatives after the former parliament's inability to legislation, and this expresses the presence of the desire of the political blocs to resolve contentious among the issues and move the democratic process in Iraq to safety." ended 29/8 j
