Yawar: Dulaimi refused to provide us with weapons and al-Maliki told us not to need to "help us"

Revealed a clan elders in the province of Nineveh, submitted a request for former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to form two battalions of the sons of the tribes to fight Tnzemim Daash who seized Mosul, however, al-Maliki told him not to need to "help them".
Said Sheikh Abdullah al-Yawar in an interview with journalist Trudy Rubin that "the international community must work directly with people who want to fight al Daash".
Yawar stressed that all of the Iraqi government - and the policy of the United States - are still opposed to arming the tribal leaders.
Yawar he said when the forces transferred those flow regulation Daash to Iraq from the Syrian border to urge al-Yawar, the Iraqi government to send weapons to enable the Sunni tribesmen to deter militants regulation but the Iraqi defense minister rejected an offer al-Yawar, what prevented the control of Mosul, the second largest city in Iraq.
And after the fall of Mosul, Yawar request of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to allow him to appoint two battalions of his tribesmen to guard the border and al-Maliki's response was, "We do not need your help." \ ST \
