Nashi calls for a re-Alnzerbalmadh 28 of the Law of private banks because they impede the investment process

(Independent) .. called MP from the Islamic Virtue Party, Ola return Nashi, Wednesday, parliament and the government to reconsider the law of banks No. 94 of 2004, which was approved by the civil administration headed by Paul Bremer after the fall of the former regime. And in particular Article 28 thereof and which rob the private banks the right to handle and manage the market and the investment process.
Nashi said that "the law hinders the work of the Iraqi private banks and a lot of businessmen and industrialists complained of overcrowding money in banks without participation in economic development."
She added, "will contribute to the repeal of article or review in which the support of the private sector and development and to achieve the other hand activate real competition in capital management for the benefit of the Iraqi economy."
He pointed out the need to develop legal controls and selectors to control the money laundering operations in coordination with the Interior Ministry and the Central Bank of Iraq and the relevant authorities in order to avoid suspicous economic processes"
