failed the Presidency of the Council of Representatives and the heads of parliamentary blocs to resolve contentious issues in the draft federal law and court ironed out.
The MP said the coalition of Kurdish blocs Kawa Muhammad told all of Iraq [where] that "the long meeting held this morning and lasted for about two hours did not reach an agreement," likely "postponed until after the ceremony to visit the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Kadhim [p]", which coincides with the end of the week next.
It was scheduled that the House vote on the bill in its meeting yesterday but differences blocs prevented that with House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri said on Wednesday during the meeting, said that "the debate on the draft of the Federal Court Act in the House of Representatives is still ongoing," he said, to "the existence of a dispute over a single paragraph, declaring that the law will be put on probably tomorrow [today] to vote."
The focus of the dispute in holding the coalition of Kurdish blocs demands that the issue of the Federal Court decisions in the new law consensus and not voting which was rejected by the National Alliance and the National Forces Alliance.
