Diwaniyah declare bankruptcy for lack of financial funds from the 2015 budget

First Deputy Governor of Diwaniyah Hussein al-Moussawi announced the bankruptcy of the province as a result of lack of financial funds from the 2015 budget and allocated to the implementation of its plans in the administration of projects within the regional development as well as the existence of the debt Bzmtha companies and contractors.
