Diwaniyah reveal a lack of budget funds received in 2015 and confirms investment stop Almscaraa

BAGHDAD / Hassan Shammari: Diwaniya Provincial Council revealed, Wednesday, for non-receipt of funds to maintain the budget in 2015, stressing Alastmarah stop projects within the province, as pointed out that the province is responsible for providing the employees' salaries, contracts and daily wages.
The head of the provincial council Jabir al-Jubouri in an interview with "Sky Press," that "the province of Diwaniyah have not received any funds from the general budget for the financial year 2015, and this is what the impact on investment projects within the province and contributed to stop completely."
He added that "the financial crisis experienced by the country dropped Bdilalha to maintain the rest of the provinces, pointing out that" the Ministry of Finance did not recognize the province amounts projects in 2013 and 2014 and 2015, amounting to 220 billion dinars. "
Jubouri said that "the province is responsible for providing the employees' salaries within the province and daily wages and contracts," explaining that "the federal government is responsible for providing."
It is noteworthy that Iraq is going through fiscal and monetary crisis, in addition to the security crisis, Taattml in control of the terrorist organization Daash on some areas in Salahuddin, Anbar and the entire province of Nineveh, which made the largest percentage of the general budget expenditures go to war on the organization.
