Decisions of the 19th session of the Council of Ministers headed by Haidar al-Abbadi

Twilight News / Council of Ministers held its nineteenth normal in Baghdad today Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
According to a statement by the Information Office of Ebadi he issued by the Council following decisions:
1. Adoption of the first draft amendment to the Law ownership of the documents bearing the nicknames of Displacement and Migration Law No. (79) for the year 2012, the auditor of the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item I) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution.
2-1 / approval of the recommendations of the committee formed to settle the debt owed by the Republic of Iraq for the benefit of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and contained a book linking the Foreign Ministry with a number (M.kh 623/23/1), dated 17/03/2015.
2 / the Ministry of Finance to conduct the required settlement of the debt over the search in coordination with the relevant authorities.
3. The approval of the draft law checker transport Academy of the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into account the recommendation of the State Consultative Council.
4. Approval of Mayati:
1 / authorize the Minister of Trade (Mlas Alexanzan Mohammed Abdul Karim al-Husseini) the authority to negotiate and sign a draft economic and trade, scientific and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Chile agreement, based on the provisions of Article (80 / Allenbd vi) of the Constitution.
2 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to Mr. Minister of Commerce, according to the contexts adopted, and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister.
