Up later Sunday to Kurdistan senior Russian delegation headed by representative of the Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to meet with the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani. An informed source said, "The Russian delegation, headed by a senior representative of the Russian President for the Middle East and Africa, will arrive today to Kurdistan. The source added that "the delegation is the delegation political, economic and cultural high, and will meet with the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani later in the day, saying that the visit of this delegation to the Kurdistan region of importance in light of the circumstances Alhalah.anthy 9
