House of Representatives held its legal power and the National Guard to read

House of Representatives held on Tuesday, 38 under the chairmanship of its President of the Council, Salim al and the presence of 213 deputies, with parliamentary source that the meeting will see the first reading of the draft Electricity Law and the continuation of the debate for the second reading of the draft law of the National Guard.
The source said in a press statement followed tow Radio "The House of Representatives held its 38th chaired by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 213 deputies," noting that "the meeting included the first reading of the draft law of the Ministry of Electricity continuation of the debate for the second reading of the draft law of the National Guard."
He added that "the meeting will vote on the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to eradicate the illicit trade in tobacco products to the Convention on the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control Protocol concerning the law."
The source confirmed that "the Council will read during the second reading of the draft session accession of the Republic of Iraq to the United Nations Convention on the immunities of States and their property from the jurisdiction of the law, and the second reading of the draft law modulated".
