A parliamentary source said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, decided to adjourn the meeting 38 of the second legislative term legislative year, held on the first day, to be held on Wednesday," noting that "the meeting saw the vote on the draft law accession of the Republic of Iraq to eliminate the illicit trade in tobacco products Protocol to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control affair ".
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The session also saw the postponement of presentation of the oil, energy and natural resources report and postpone the first reading of the draft and the Ministry of Electricity Law and adjourn the debate on the second reading of the draft National Guard law and an end to the second reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the United Nations Convention Immunities of States law and property of jurisdiction and an end to the second reading of the draft law modulated ".
The Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Tuesday, its 38th legislative term of the second legislative year, the first under the chairmanship of its President Saleem al-Jubouri and the presence of 213 deputies, while the agenda of the meeting included the vote on the draft law and the first and second readings of the four bills.
