House of Representatives plans to enact a law to determine the state of the three presidencies

Parliamentary Legal Committee revealed the intention of the House of Representatives to enact a law to determine the state of the three presidencies during the second legislative year of the Council.
This was announced by L / scales News / member of the Legal Committee Shawki sound, adding, "it was lifting law to determine the mandate of the presidencies of the Republic and the Ministers and the House of Representatives to the presidency of the Council in order to put forward for the first reading."
He said the non-inclusion of the bill so far comes to the presence of important laws on the agenda of the Council for legislation before the start of the legislative recess after three days. "
Shawky said that "the applicable law defined the mandate of the President and the Chairman of the House of Representatives two sessions, but he did not specify the state of the prime minister," stressing that "the new law includes the mandate of prime minister also two sessions and is not a requirement to be consecutive."
He expressed member of the Legal Committee predicted the existence of consensus and no objection to vote on the law in the event included on the agenda. It ended 29/4 e
