Decided the Council of Ministers ,
on Tuesday, to approve the disbursement of 1.5 billion dinars from the emergency allocations to the Ministry of Construction and Housing for the purpose of implementation of some of the ways that you need the Iraqi armed forces, while the authorized head of the National Authority for Investment Agency Sami al-Araji,
the validity of the negotiation and signing of the project investment promotion and protection between the Convention on Iraq and Turkey as amended .
The Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in a statement received Alsumaria News, a copy of it, that " the Council of Ministers held, today, its usual the 11 current year in Baghdad, headed by Haidar al-Abbadi ,
" noting that " the Council agreed to exchange the amount of one billion and 500 million dinars from the Ministry of Construction and Housing for the purpose of implementation of some of the ways that you need armed forces emergency allocations .
" He added that he " was approved during the session to authorize the President of the National Authority for Investment Agency Sami Raouf al-Araji, the authority to negotiate and sign a draft investment promotion and protection between Iraq and Turkey,
as amended by the State Council agreement Based on the provisions of Article ( 80 / item VI ) of the Constitution, taking into account the inclusion in the draft agreement a clause providing secure Iraq's quota of water .
" He continued Abadi Office, that " the Council agreed to the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the President of the Commission National Investment Agency in accordance with the contexts approved and submit to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the President of the Council .
" The Council of Ministers held on Tuesday of each session a week where laws and developments projects on various political, economic and social levels discussed .
