Kurdistan Alliance: Region regard to a solution to the oil dispute with Baghdad

Said the leadership of the Kurdistan Alliance Masood Haider that the province in the process of searching for a solution to the oil dispute with the federal government.
Haider said Radio Free Iraq "that the non-application of the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, Erbil province will put in front of two options, either a new contract or agreement to export oil without reference to the federal government."
The federal government in Baghdad has denied knowledge of the region put new conditions regarding its oil exports.
A spokesman for Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi "Baghdad is committed to present its agreement seeks to implement all its provisions."
Legal expert mystic Haider for his part stressed that "the agreement between Baghdad and Erbil binding for both parties because it is one of law going forward materials and can not be changed, but a new law and with the same mechanism of legislation first law."
He noted that the head of Mesopotamia Center for Strategic Studies and confident Hashemi that "the attempt to change the region's oil deal with Baghdad to pave the many differences between the parties".
He revealed the Kurdish leader of the Kurdistan Regional Parliament Hama Ali Saleh, said that Erbil message sent to Baghdad to carry and Federal Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari included two conditions to resolve the oil dispute with Baghdad without disclosing the content of the two conditions.
