This is not the first time that the ministry postpone the date of issuance of the card such as the Ghabban last year, he has promised to Bastsaddarha for all Iraqis early next month of June of this year and the abolition of the four archives that were supported by the former regime, which is still to now.
He said Ghabban in a statement responded to Twilight News, during a meeting with the province of Maysan police leaders and visited today that the ministry "has become offer military support as well as providing administrative services to citizens," stressing that "given us authority is to serve the citizen and not to shed it.

Ghabban said during the meeting that "Iraq will witness the issuance of the first unified card on 01.07.2015", calling for "the need to reduce red tape and respect for the citizen."
