BAGHDAD / ... A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee MP Ahmed Sarhan, Thursday, that his committee raised a civil suit against the Council of Ministers of the Council due to the issuance of deliberation in the implementation of the budget items.
Said Ahmed for "Eye Iraq News" that "the House of Representatives and by the Finance Committee authorized the Chairman of the Legal Service of the Council to submit a civil action in court," adding that "the lawsuit claims submitted to the Council of Ministers to cancel the decision to postpone issued."
He said the "one of the reasons that prompted the cabinet to issue a decision to wait in the implementation of budget items is the economic crisis experienced by the country, and there are no cash, while stressing that the wait makes the problem more complicated."
He called for "the application of budget lines for the purpose of access to the Iraqi economy as a decree in the general budget of the country," .anthy 4
