Iraqi parliament speaker gets aid after a visit to the White House

Shafaq News / The White House said Iraqi parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri met with US President Barack Obama and senior US officials in Washington and received additional US aid to Iraq worth nine million dollars.
He said the White House that Joe Biden, US Vice-President met with al-Jubouri at his residence and then met with him later in the White House, where Obama attended the meeting to discuss the ongoing war against militants in the organization of the Islamic State of Iraq.
The United States provided assistance to Iraq worth $ 416 million since 2014.
He met Defense Secretary Ashton Carter also with al-Jubouri and a delegation of Iraqi parliamentarians at the Pentagon to discuss the fight against the Islamic state.
Carter agreed and al-Jubouri, the need to work closely with Sunni tribes in the Iraqi air base progress fighters.
Obama agreed on Wednesday to deploy up to 450 soldiers to work in the al-Qaeda
