The President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, on Saturday, a regional decree to hold a general election to choose a president of the Kurdistan region in the 20th of the month of August next, with all stakeholders student to "take all necessary measures for the management of the electoral process in a free and democratic procedures."
