Massoum and Barzani stressed on more Baghdad-Erbil talks:

The media advisor to Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani said the president and his counter part in Baghdad Fuad Massoum stressed on more talks between the Kurdish region and Baghdad to settle disputes over oil and budget.
Kafah Mahmoud told al-Sumeriya news that Massoum and Barzani reiterated in their Thursday meeting on more negotiation between Erbil and Baghdad to settle differences, adding that the two officials also discussed war against the Islamic State (IS), liberating Iraqi occupied regions, rebuilding liberated regions and returning displaced people to their homes.
Mahmoud further went on to say that Barzani and Massoud, also a Kurd, asked for more international aid for refugees in Iraq.
