The start of the Kirkuk Provincial Council meeting

Kirkuk Provincial Council began, on Sunday morning, the regular meeting, in the presence of the governor of Kirkuk Necmettin cream. The today's meeting fateful and important, because it addresses the issue of the province's budget and cut the salaries of its employees by the Iraqi government, and the search for alternative solutions to secure the financial needs of Kirkuk. At the outset of the meeting, President of the Council, Rebwar Talabani welcomed the organ attendance languages Kurdish, Arab and Turkmen. After that, President of the Council asked all representatives of local and foreign media to leave the room, to complete the session, and then hold a press conference to highlight the decisions taken there.
