{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Iraq and Tunisia have agreed to activate the work of the Iraqi Committee of Tunisia, and the establishment of sectoral seminars and meetings between businessmen in the two countries; to overcome the dilemmas and building a genuine partnership between the Iraqi private sector and Tunisian.
According to a statement of the Ministry of Trade and agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today that "the Deputy Minister of Trade Mohammed al-Samarrai, met Minister of Commerce and Industry Tunisian satisfaction Elahwal in the Tunisian capital, based on an invitation from the Tunisian side to attend a business forum organized by the fraternity Jordanian Association Iraqi."
He said al-Samarrai according to the statement that "the agent minister agreed with officials in Tunisia on activating the work of the Tunisian Iraqi Joint Committee through the establishment of the new session of the Baghdad International Fair, as well as the revitalization and development of the volume of trade exchange between the two countries and provide the necessary facilities, and overcome the difficulties that hinder the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries. "
The statement said that "the Minister of Commerce and Industries of Tunisia stressed his part, the importance of the exchange of experiences between the two countries through sectoral meetings involving stakeholders; to stand on the dilemmas and find ways to solve them and consistent in promoting economic and trade relations, and find a real company for investment and cooperation in various projects between two countries. "
He noted that the "agent Mohammed al-Samarrai him a letter containing an invitation to Tunisia; to participate actively in the session 42 to the Baghdad International Fair, which starts on the first of next month."
The Iraqi ambassador to Tunisia, had confirmed during the meeting with the Tunisian minister earlier in the importance of opening a direct air route between the two countries, and to facilitate the granting of visas; to overcome difficulties that hinder the process of cooperation between the two countries, especially the commercial and industrial sectors.
