An open letter to Prime Minister message
State Dr. Haider Abadi esteemed Prime Minister
Good citizenship project: an open letter
Iraq and political change since suffering from a variety of crises, no doubt that a large part of it goes back to the political process and the repercussions that have affected negatively on the government's performance. That the consequences of it had been classified government in Iraq, the global political manners as one of the weakest governments, and the emergence of Daash the political arena theater, and the worsening crisis of displaced people has doubled the suffering of government agencies, and that this suffering if not managed properly may lead the major countries ( to forgive God) to refer the Iraq dossier to the United Nations may be it's not the public interest.
Yes, Iraq has DAI Baldemcrdoah (mechanisms), but lost the rule of law (not to activate the democracy of the vocabulary of good governance: participation, efficiency, transparency and the rule of law values ...) even glandular rule in Iraq is accused of polarization to one side and not totalitarian to all citizens. Do not hide your Excellency on this case that internal Mrdodadtha (of disloyalty to the country) and external (weak confidence of international organizations).
About this we are a group of independent Iraqi competencies (politically) express our desire to volunteer to provide advisory expertise (free of charge), an embodiment of the principle of good citizenship, since most of us are retired or have another source of living. The work on the clutch Advisory our activity along with government Our isotope represents a healthy condition and gives an indication that the government is religiously polarized. There is no doubt that the citizens Show your concern and international parties to hold regular meetings with the independent qualified Iraqi civil society organizations and seeking the opinion and its periodic reports the case of her internal and external legibility. Failure to take advantage of the potential of everyone (in a professional institutional) and involve challenging a big loss and a waste of energy.
It is worth mentioning that there are a lot of reformist files that the government can not initiate it because of the political situation, for example: the oil law, developmental card reform, reform of banks, reform of the public sector companies etc ... a) the point of a national (non-governmental and Garssayash) promoting reforms and follow up the implementation of very important to support the government's stated goals.
The adoption of this proposal to your state government agencies and the provinces will be encouraged to adopt the formation of local and national councils of competencies and civil society organizations (within constants) which is complementary to the boards of government institutions capable of promoting reform policies that failed by government agencies. Democratic countries have strengthened the government performance through these institutions which provided an opportunity to participate on the basis of competence, integrity and achieve the necessary transparency to the rule of law ... etc. Finally, the presence of these institutions is the true meaning of "national reconciliation" then Iraq is really for everyone.
With respect
