Legal representative: Parliament is to decide on the recommendations the Committee fall of Mosul

Baghdad/Iraq News Network-a member of the parliamentary legal Committee, Zana happy Rostagni, Monday, that Parliament is his decision to make the recommendations of the fact-finding Committee fall connector binding on the Government and the judiciary.
Rostagni said in a press statement on Wednesday: "according to the rules of procedure of the Chamber of Deputies, temporary committees of inquiry or disclosure of the reasons for the topic," adding that "these committees report to the House of representatives, the first authentication, and then vote to make a decision binding on the Government and the judiciary or not".
Rostagni, "in the absence of Deputies vote on the recommendations of the Committee for the fall of Mosul, by making the decision, it would be non-binding recommendations to the Government, but the latter could guide."
the head of the Special Commission investigating the fall of Mosul Governor Aydin, Monday (15 June 2015) the results of an investigation Committee is binding on the Government and the judiciary, noting that the Committee had collected large documents and important files.
