US House of Representatives voted against a bill President Barack Obama is forced to withdraw all US troops from Iraq and Syria within one month.
He supported the project one-third of the Council which is equivalent to 139 members as opposed 288 members, and the bill will force the US president to withdraw his troops within 30 days or until the end of 2015, if the US administration insisted that this procedure is safe.
This project provided three members of the Council are Jim Mcouvrn and Barbara Lee of the Democratic Party and Walter Jones of the Republican Party, when they said they hope to put this project leads to a wider debate about the official authorizing the use of military force in the campaign against elements of al 'Daash' in Iraq and Syria.
Obama began to launch military strikes against the organization last August without authorization from the Council, and have increased more concerns in Congress when Obama ordered on June 10 to send 450 military additional to Iraq to provide advice and assistance to Iraqi forces adding to the 3,100 US military are present there.
