Regional Council for Oil and Gas meets with political parties in Kurdistan

Khandan - Regional Council for Oil and Gas on Wednesday met 2015/6/17 with the five parties in the Kurdistan Regional Government. The Kurdistan Regional Government in a statement, said the meeting participants discussed the latest developments about the problems relating to oil between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Iraqi government was emphasized on that Kurdistan Regional Government is fully committed to the Convention concluded between Baghdad and Arbil, and the law of the general budget for 2015, but the Iraqi government is not committed to do so. He said the meeting on these points: 1 - wish the Kurdistan Regional Government and always want to solve all problems with Baghdad through dialogue and negotiation in the light of the budget law dialogue Federal No. 2 for 2015 because it is in the interest of the Kurdistan region and Iraq. 2 - that the Iraqi government did not comply with the budget law, the Kurdistan Regional Government be forced to embark on other legal ways to resolve the economic and financial crisis and to provide citizens requirements in the region, in the framework of Law No. 5 of 2013 and adopted by the Parliament of Kurdistan. 3 - supports political parties the Kurdistan Regional Government in any decision issued in order to get out of the financial and economic crisis and the provision of citizens' daily requirements, especially that the province fighting a war against terrorism and receives a large number of displaced persons and refugees, which overwhelms the region and difficult commanded him in the administration of the territory and provide for the needs of displaced persons and refugees. 4 - In spite of any decision to resolve the crisis and out of it, but the Kurdistan Regional Government wishes that are solving problems with Baghdad through negotiation, dialogue and understanding, and the provincial government plans to cut ties with Baghdad because of Iraq distant geographically, socially, economically and commercially and politically important.
