Kurdistan investment take new measures to reorganize projects

The investment in the Kurdistan Regional Government announced the issuance of a set of new decisions to reorganize the investment projects, especially on housing, while confirming that follow, notably the banking system to receive financial premiums of citizens so as not to get lost in the future of their rights in the event of non-implementation of projects.
The head of the investment Ribawar Khalil body during a press conference in Erbil that "we have reached a new mechanism to eliminate the negative aspects that accompanied the investment projects and in particular the delay that took place in the implementation of projects and provide services to them."
Khalil added that "the new Altalmyat states to follow the banking system to receive financial premiums of up to Atadhaa citizens of their rights in the future in the event of non-implementation of projects with work according to the mechanism states not to delay the implementation of the projects."
And on the files of corruption in investment projects Khalil said that "each file if we study it was needed to convert it to eliminate demand that public prosecutors to intervene and Drsath and take legal action about it."
The investment in the Kurdistan region, confirmed, in the September 23, 2014, that 716 local, Arab foreign company or invest in the region about $ 41 billion currently, indicating that the delay in adoption of the state budget and the security and political developments have affected the implementation of projects of these companies because of the departure of a significant proportion of foreign workers that depend on it, while the view of the investor, the investment law in the territory in which the situation in 2006 need to develop, and revealed the Financial and Economic Committee in the Parliament of Kurdistan, its proposal for amendment of that law about achieving a balance between the investor and the citizen.
And succeeded Kurdistan region during the past years, to attract huge capital of Arab and foreign countries and operate in cities, which contributed to the evolution of reality compared to the rest of Iraq's provinces
