Parliamentary reform: I will not vote on the amnesty law allowed if terrorists launch

The head of the Reform Bloc Hilal Sahlani, said Friday that his bloc will not vote to pass a general amnesty law in the House of Representatives if contained clauses allowing the release of convicted terrorists and those who supported them stained with the blood of Iraqis.
Sahlani said in an interview to the Sumerian News, "The voice of the general amnesty law the Council of Ministers has recently come in the framework of the political agreement which the government is working on the implementation of his vocabulary, "noting that" the law should not allow the release of criminals and terrorists. "
He Sahlani, that "the mass of the Reform Movement will not vote to pass this law if it allows the release of those guilty used against the Iraqi people and the terrorists who have shed Iraqi blood in cold blood," adding that "his bloc would not yield to compromise and appeasement on the blood of the Iraqi account."
He said the Union of National Forces, on Wednesday (June 17, 2015) cabinet vote on the draft of the amnesty law applied to document the political agreement which provided for the legislation, while pointing out that the law will join the controversial laws in parliament.
The head of the parliament said Saleem al-Jubouri, on Wednesday (June 17, 2015), the Council of Ministers for adoption of a general amnesty law that fulfill the obligations of the government, pointing out that the adoption of the law significantly contribute to easing tension and stability of Iraq.
The cabinet vote Tuesday (June 16, 2015) on the draft general amnesty law and referred it to the House.
