Ghorabi: general amnesty law will be passed in the parliament condition not

He confirmed the MP for the Bloc citizen member of the Integrity Commission, the parliamentary Mona Ghorabi that "the general amnesty law will be passed in the House of Representatives condition not covered by terrorists and that hands are stained with the blood of Iraqis do.
She Ghorabi in a press release on Tuesday briefed the agency Nun on the version that "the Council of Ministers presented a draft amnesty bill to the House of Representatives for the purpose of voting on it and passed," pointing out that "the adoption of the amnesty law conditional non-inclusion of terrorists whose hands are stained with the blood of innocent Iraqis."
And he confirmed by saying, "We can not allow too, that there are some exceptions to the criminals and bringing them to public amnesty law," indicating that "the Iraqi judiciary sentenced to Hola terrorists, criminals and we have to respect the judiciary Ghorabi: general amnesty law will be passed in the parliament condition not covered by terrorists
