Pending Kurdish sources: agreement on the dismissal of al-Maliki and replace Jaafari

Informed Kurdish sources in Arbil unveiled near the sacking of Nouri al-Maliki from his current position as Vice President of the Republic and the nomination of Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari instead.
