Attorney Abadi: Oil companies have begun to invest in heavy Basrah

He said al-Abadi's (IMN), that "foreign companies have already begun to invest and heavy oil extraction and production in the province of Basra," noting that he "issued to private US companies at competitive prices."
He added that "heavy oil will be a new addition to the Iraqi oil, and factor in the increase in public revenues and rising demand in the global market on Iraqi crude."
