Najafi denies accusing Barzani and Maliki of being behind the fall of Mosul

Twilight News / Information Office of the Vice President Osama Najafi Saturday denied that the latter has charged the head of the Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani and Vice President Nuri al-Maliki of being behind the fall of the city of Mosul, however, the organization Daash last June.
The office said in a statement that it condemns "the statement attributed to al-Nujaifi, which includes guidance strongly-worded letter to the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani and Vice President Nuri al-Maliki in the process of questions posed by the Commission of Inquiry on the fall of the city of Mosul to them."
The statement added that "the origin of the statement was no more than a story leaked ... and unfortunately he was transferred to an Arab newspaper, also addressed deducted sites out false news".
And he pointed out that "the positions of Najafi and his statements and his daily work is organized according to the basic rules founded on the principle of honesty and the interests of Iraq and Iraqis."
The newspaper "Al Quds Al Arabi" she said in a story posted on its website two days ago that Osama Najafi accused Barzani and Maliki, that they were behind the fall of Mosul.
