Jubouri calls on the international community to give priority to the Iraqi file

(Independent) .. accept Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, on Sunday, with the US House of Representatives delegation led by Robert Whitman, the overall situation in Iraq, especially in the security side, the ongoing military operations against the terrorist organization Daash.
He stressed Jubouri during the meeting on the need to be the subject of the Iraqi file and priority attention of the international community due to the nature of the challenges facing the future and its implications.
He said that the sons of the tribes in the provinces occupied by Daash ready to edit their provinces and that what is lacking sufficient arming and training which we call on the international community to heed him.
Speaking about foreign interference in Iraqi affairs, al-Jubouri said that Iraq welcomes any understanding on the basis of common interests, but he refuses to be an arena for settling accounts, stressing that Iraq refuses to interfere in its internal affairs and rejects interference in the affairs of other countries.
The meeting was attended by Chairman of the parliamentary relations and a number of deputies with the US side was attended by all the US ambassador to Iraq and a number of advisors.
