Said the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary member Kaveh Mohammad, Monday, export region of Kurdistan , about 400 thousand barrels per day to the Turkish port of Ceyhan as "a tendency to sell its oil directly," while the reason for this is attributed to "non-payment" the region benefits fully.
Said Kaveh Mohammed in an interview with Alsumaria's News, "earlier we warned of the collapse of the oil agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan region because of non-payment of government dues territory fully," adding that "the government paid April and May dues, but they were very few in comparison quantities Muslim oil exports from the region to the company Sumo ".
Mohammed said that "the agreement between the government and the central become deadlocked for not understanding between the province and the center," hoping that "the parties reach satisfactory solutions for them."
And between Muhammad, that "the region's oil exports from the beginning of June until the 26th of the same month to the Turkish port of Ceyhan was (586.937) a barrel on a daily basis and these quantities go (172.574) barrels per day for the account of the Federal Government SOMO," explaining that "according to this export vector means the region directly around the oil sale ".
The sources in the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Oil revealed on Friday (June 19, 2015), that the Kurdistan region of peace during the current month of June accounted for only 22% of its oil to the Federal Government, expressing concern over the export of the remaining oil to the expense of the region, usually so clear violation and flagrant agreement oil as it stated in the Federal Budget Law.
The Kurdistan Regional Government confirmed, in (June 17, 2015) it will be forced to take legal ways to address the financial and economic crisis in the region "if Baghdad did not comply with the budget law."
