Kurdish Change: we're going to convert the system of government from presidential to parliamentary

Kurdish Movement for Change, said that the objections made by the Kurdistan Democratic Party on regime change in the region from the presidential to the parliamentary drafting of the constitution which guarantees conversion system of government measures will not stop.
He said the constitution drafting committee in the MDC member Adnan Othman said that "the Islamic Movement for Change and parties along with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) are involved in accordance with the agreement to complete the drafting of constitution of the region and transform the system of government from presidential to parliamentary."
Osman added that "the committee preparing the constitution was held continuous meetings on the first Tuesday and yesterday in the presence of all its members, including 20 members of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and procedures are going in the legal framework."
Osman and that "the system of government in the Kurdistan region must be parliamentary, and the presidency of the province should be elected by the Parliament of Kurdistan, and the powers of the president of the region must be limited, and the majority of powers must turn to the Council of Ministers."
He urged the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, in a letter published on Monday the political forces in the region to settle differences and a commitment to the principle of consensus formed on the jurisprudence and the government, and said that Kurdistan is heading towards a different and important stage.
The Kurdistan Democratic Party, headed by Massoud Barzani, and other trends rejects Kurdish parties to convert the system of government in the province of presidential to parliamentary, and ends the legal limit for the President of the Kurdistan region in the second session in the month of August.
