He confirmed the Kurdistan Alliance MP Birwan Khilani that "the solution to the oil dispute with Erbil will save money and imports of the loan exceeds the value of the government you need, the Iraqi people and would avoid the consequences of the World Bank and the effects of the harsh conditions."
She called Khilani at a news conference on Thursday and attended by the correspondent for News Agency (et) on the government to speed up the solving problems of oil with the Kurdistan after increasing its oil confiscated by the agreement in order to compensate for the lack of production in the first months of the oil agreement in order to avoid the conditions prohibitive from the World Bank against the loan to the government .
She explained that "according to the current data and economic conditions experienced by the country, the government is seeking to borrow $ 800 million just from the World Bank in exchange for binding to the Iraqi government the terms of an increase of wages of electricity and other issues that will fall upon the people especially the southern provinces that suffer from intense heat."
She added that "there are repercussions and great effects to accept government conditions for the World Bank against the loan it was better for the government to solve oil problems with the province as soon as possible to resume oil exports, which go for 73% of revenue for the Iraqi people in order to avoid the conditions imposed in return for the loan."
