Government sources: the general amnesty decree issued before the battle to liberate Mosul

Government sources confirmed high, for ((eighth day)) that "the general amnesty decision will be issued before the battle to liberate the province of Mosul to organize" Daash ".
The sources indicated that "there is a political agreement by the blocs in the House of Representatives to vote on the amnesty law before the start of the battle to liberate Mosul in order to give an incentive to all segments of Iraqi society to participate in this battle.
The sources said the decision subjected to severe rejection by the Sunni opposition leaders to the government because it does not include those involved to Article 4 terrorism.
It is said that the Council of Ministers voted to refer the General Amnesty Law to the House of Representatives. (AA)
