BAGHDAD / .. confirmed a coalition of state law, led by Nuri al-Maliki, on Thursday, that some of the blocks is seeking to take out the terrorists within the amnesty law under the pretext of national reconciliation, and expected to pass the law because of the existence of the political consensus.
The Coalition MP emotions blessing for "Eye Iraq News" that "the general amnesty law within the political agreement which was formed in light of the Government of Abadi and its implementation is important but it must not include terrorists and advocates of sedition especially from the topping yards sit that incite the killing of the Iraqi army," indicating "Some are trying to include Tareq al-Hashemi and Rafi al-Issawi and others to this law."
She stressed the grace of "the need to prosecute terrorists and all those who promoted sedition and murder of Iraqis and the security services," revealing "all apply to the Speaker of Parliament to investigate Doaash policy whose names appeared in documents and Ichaelks".
And the voice of the Council of Ministers, earlier, on the draft of the amnesty law and referred it to the House.
The general amnesty file a thorny issue between the three authorities, and often calls for parliamentarians and officials by this amnesty, but the executive power constantly emphasizes that it is not its powers, but the powers of the legislative branch. Ended 9
