Government agrees to lend to municipalities two billion dinars for the completion of stalled projects

The Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, on Sunday, the government's approval to lend to the ministry two billion dinars for the completion of projects stalled or lagging, indicating they are awaiting instructions and implementation of projects through payment on credit again to launch a new, after receiving proposals many countries and companies in this regard.
The Minister of Municipalities and Public Works, Abd al-Karim al-Ansari, in an interview to the (long-Presse), said that "many of the projects of the ministry stopped, and there are other lagging behind due to delays in the launch of the current state budget for the year 2015".
Ansari added, "The government has agreed to lend to the ministry two billion dinars," noting that "the loan will contribute to solving the problems of the ministry and can continue the implementation of their projects."
The minister said, "The ministry pending the establishment of the Ministries of Finance and Planning instructions to implement many of the projects through the issuance of payment on credit," noting that "a lot of countries and companies Megrahat submitted to the ministry for the implementation of projects through payment on credit."
The Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, announced in (the fifth of May 2015), all awaited Cabinet approval for the implementation of projects through the uncle payment on credit, borrowing unexpected billion dollars a month to complete projects that contribute to citizen service.
