And other implications of the Federal Court decision, the Finance Committee confirms that he canceled the allocation of the popular crowd and displaced persons, and will re-allocations Alaivadat, delegates and officials cars.
The Commission says it will ask the court to clarify its decision, also revealed its intention to host the ministers of finance and planning as well as the Board of Supreme Audit to discuss the matter with them.

And challenged the Federal Supreme Court, the unconstitutionality of some federal budget for the current 2015 materials, while confirming that the legislation was contrary to the constitution, and that each was added to the draft budget, which the government sent to parliament.
Says MP Magda al-Tamimi, a member of the Finance Committee for the "long", that "the Finance Committee held a meeting to discuss the Federal Supreme Court decision declared unconstitutional a number of federal budget materials for 2015", stressing that the committee "decided to host the Ministers of Finance, Planning and Office of Financial Supervision after the Eid holiday ".
Tamimi confirmed "the powers of the parliament gives him the right to reduce or transfers some items and paragraphs of the draft state budget law in addition to the recommendation that the increase was necessary," noting that "Parliament did not recommend the increase but the reduction and redeployment in some chapters of the budget."
And a member of the Liberal bloc expressed extreme surprise of the government to provide such appeals to some paragraphs of the budget law, and wondered "After this veto is what the Finance Committee and Parliament's role?".
She Tamimi "We must balance the interests of the state and the citizen in the budget law by giving job opportunities" set out "among the things added by the Finance Committee in the budget is installed decades who have three years of service and above."

Says vice president of the National Alliance that "the budget bill Select currency auction at the Central Bank for 70 million dollars a day means not firing hand in currency auction", but pointed out that "the central bank did not abide by the terms of the budget after the submission of appeals to these materials."
Tamimi explains that "transfers conducted by the parliamentary Finance and provided funds of up to 5 trillion dinars whole has become by virtue of cancellations."
For his part, says Haitham al-Jubouri, the other member of the Finance Committee, he said that "the court's decision will generate a legal vacuum, as there is no alternative to the materials that have been revoked within the draft federal budget law".
He said al-Jubouri, told the "long", saying, "There are some materials that fall within the absolute powers of the Council of Representatives and the reallocation of the budget in the doors of exchange such as Article IV," and wondered "why this article repealed by the Federal Court?".
He said a member of a coalition of state law that "among the things that have been canceled, the popular crowd allocations and the sons of the tribes, as well as provisions for the displaced," pointing out that "the Finance Committee will guide the message to the Federal Court to clarify these appeals."
He warned al-Jubouri that "the Federal Court's decision will raise the fiscal deficit because the transfers have provided funds of up to 5 trillion dinars to support the budget," noting that "our work to reduce Alaivadat allocations, delegates and cars officials with reducing some privileges and high salaries within the budget."
Adding that "the cancellation of these materials means that all of these costs will be borne by the government expenditure which will increase in the deficit ratio."
