Masoudi: parliamentary blocs agreed to speed up the legal National Guard and amnesty passes

MP for the Bloc citizens were part of the National Alliance Mohammed al-Masoudi, stressed that the parliamentary blocs agreed on the legal speed up the passing of the National Guard and amnesty draft in the coming period.
He said al-Masoudi, on Tuesday, in a statement received by the agency all of Iraq [where], a copy of the "parliamentary blocs agreed to pass the largest possible number of laws in the coming period, and that would cause a change in the reality of the citizen and contribute to alleviate their suffering."
He added "The parliamentary blocs agreed to pass important laws that affect the lives of citizens, as a project of the amnesty law, the National Guard, and the Federal Court, after agreement on the main points of contention and settled between the blocks."
He added that "Parliament is following through its committees and the reality of the work of government departments, especially with regard to the transfer of powers from the designated ministries to local governments. "
He Masoudi "The Parliament stands by the transfer of powers, they will contribute to ease the burden on the central government, and therefore the provinces sufficient powers granted to manage its affairs."
The row between the political blocs on project of the National Guard Law, what House Speaker Salim al-called demand of the blocks submit their proposals on the draft law and express their views to beneficiation, including making it legally guarantor to achieve consensus and balance in order to expedite its approval.
