Allkash Federal Court demanding to reconsider the appeal in determining the central bank auction and allocations of the popular crowd

MP for the coalition of citizen Mohammed Allkash the Federal Court to reconsider the decisions of the budget in 2015, which challenged the law.
Allkash said in a statement, "the Federal Court to review the recent decisions regarding the 2015 budget law and in particular paragraph relating to Iraq's central bank and the allocations of the popular crowd."
The Federal Supreme Court has challenged Article 41 of the Budget Law for 2015 and calculates the body which provides the popular crowd allocations so as to ensure the involvement of 0.5% of the population of all provinces except for Kurdistan region.
The challenged the Federal Supreme Court, Article 50 of the Budget Law for 2015 this month, and the judge to "compel the Central Bank identifies sales of hard currency [the dollar] in its daily auction ceiling does not exceed $ 75 million a day."
