National Alliance (time): Kurdistan delegation to visit Baghdad before Eid to resolve differences

He said Barzani told a joint news conference with the Assyrian Democratic Movement secretary Kanna in Arbil yesterday that (there is a concept wrong on the economic independence), returned to (the export of oil just is not independent economically) He added Barzani (we had an agreement with Baghdad and we believe that continuing to the Convention in the interest of the region) pointing out that the (Baghdad did not send in the corresponding financial dues of the territory in exchange for the amount of oil exported) He continued that Barzani (Baghdad does not comply CONVENTION concluded), calling (sign a new agreement between Baghdad and Erbil).Barzani explained (to the citizens that we are responsible to provide salaries and Msltzmat Territory), indicating that the (region with Iraq and his government and will remain a partner in it). In the meantime, the official spokesman for the Kurdistan Regional Government Sven Dzia threatened to sell Kirkuk oil directly if Baghdad reneged on payments to the province, calling on the federal government to the obligation to pay the salaries of the province, Kirkuk and not cut.
Dzia said in an interview published KRG site yesterday that (the provincial government made every effort to serve Kirkuk in all fields, especially on health, education and energy, in addition to bearing responsibility for security of the city). He added that the (provincial government waiting for Baghdad's position on Kirkuk's share of the general budget), noting that (if disavowed Baghdad, the provincial government will compensate Kirkuk through direct sales of oil from the province fields with regard to pay the dues of the petro-dollar city) He explained Dzia that (the talks with the governor and the Council of the province is still ongoing, and the federal government the obligation to pay the province salaries, Kirkuk and not cut) pointing out that the (government sends controlled cities salaries for the control of terrorists Daash) .okan the region's president, Massoud Barzani yesterday arrived in Kirkuk to inspect the security forces and the peshmerga in the province.
A source said yesterday that the (Barzani arrived in the province and met with the governor and lose the security forces and the Peshmerga).
He added that the (Barzani also met with a number of security chiefs in the province and discuss with security developments and the war on organizing Daash).
In a later development MP from Kirkuk Hakhuan Abdullah announced that Barzani instructed to provide all the requirements of the Peshmerga forces in the province axes and provide weapons and equipment to enhance its defenses ,.
Abdullah said in a Tuesday statement that (Barzani came to meet with the Peshmerga forces, as it held a closed meeting with the Peshmerga leaders to determine the need for and the positions of arming) indicating that the (Peshmerga leaders confirmed that all axes of Kirkuk locked well and has a good armament capabilities, and the last to address the attack Daash Tkebedhm and losses in several axes testament to the strength of the preparations).
Abdullah added that the (Barzani instructed the Ministry of Peshmerga to provide medium and heavy weapons to any axis is its need for the purpose of strengthening the fighting fronts with the terrorist organization Daash).
