"
Saleh added that "Winning the state-owned companies until 2014 did not exceed 22 companies out of 154 state-owned company", adding that "most of those companies is an industrial and a population of employees 500 000 people, a quarter work in industrial companies."
He said Saleh, said that "the Iraqi government developed a plan to address the problems faced by the private and public sector," pointing out that "one of the solutions that have been developed for the private sector stimulus program presented by the Central Bank and the $ 5 billion as a down payment first to run projects in the private sector, both in the industrial side and agricultural and housing, in addition to banks. "
Salih stressed that "solutions that have been developed in collaboration with the World Bank to government-owned companies is either sold to the private sector or entering into partnerships with them or displayed to invest", stressing the need for "the existence of a political will within the government program to be implemented in four years."
