Nechirvan Barzani: Baghdad did not comply with the Convention and the export of oil is not economically independent

Baghdad (where) - President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, said on Wednesday that Baghdad does not comply CONVENTION concluded, and while calling for the conclusion of a new agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, pointed out that the export of oil is not only economically independent. Barzani said in a press statement after meeting Assyrian Democratic Movement secretary Kanna in Erbil and received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, "There is a wrong notion about economic independence," adding that "the export of oil is not only economically independent". Barzani said "We had an agreement with Baghdad and we continue to believe that the agreement in the interest of the region," pointing out that "Baghdad did not send in the corresponding financial dues of the territory in exchange for the amount of oil has been exported." Barzani said that "Baghdad has not adhered CONVENTION concluded", calling for "the signing of a new agreement between Baghdad and Erbil." The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government: "We officials to citizens to provide salaries and requirements of the Kurdistan region," adding that "the region with Iraq and his government and will remain a partner in it."
On the other hand, Barzani said that "the issue of the presidency of the Kurdistan region, is not related to the person or one party," calling on "all the Kurdish forces to negotiate in order to solve it together."
He added that "the issue of the presidency is not related to the KDP or the person of President Massoud Barzani, but is related to all the Kurdish political forces, and must be resolved, and for us we talked with all sides for our views."
Expressed the view that "it is not Kurdistan interest Add this and other problems afflicting the region, such as the economic crisis and fight Daash, but must be resolved by consensus and dialogue, we are in our talks do not aim to talk about Barzani, but for the benefit of the Kurdistan region and the future of this nation, and in one session can convince them that what they are saying is not in the interest of Kurdistan.
