Square investigations center of the Iraqi capital Baghdad The head of the Baghdad Provincial Council, Riad dentex, on Friday, that the capital is going to decline in services as a result of non-receipt of the secretariat of Baghdad to financial allocations, amounting to 250 billion dinars, while pointed out that it has not received any amount of the operating budget or investment also. Dentex said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The provincial council allocated $ 250 billion dinars for the secretariat of Baghdad, but did not so far received by the delay in the launch of the Council's budget." He dentex, "The secretariat of Baghdad, told us they had not received so far any amount of the operating budget or investment", stressing that "this means that the capital is going to decline in the services provided to citizens." The Baghdad Provincial Council in the (June 28, 2015), announced, delivers the first amount of allocated to it for the 2015 budget, amounting to more than 680 billion dinars, and as he emphasized that the amount does not exceed 10% of the Council's budget, he noted that Sbarvh to repay advances Contractors.
