The arrival of 4 F16 type aircraft to Portugal coming from America on its way to Iraq

(Independent). Us site revealed the arrival of four aircraft type F16 to Portugal coming from u.s. en route to Iraq.
Votogharvi said the aviation site on aviation news that "at least four f16 aircraft type (block 52) company (Lockheed Martin) left us database (Tucson) Arizona landed Thursday evening at the base (base) in the Azores, Portugal.
He added that "the departure of these aircraft rule emphasizes the readiness of his joint base North of Baghdad, received", noting that "the construction work to improve security and safety supplies at the base.
Iraq had signed an agreement with Washington to buy 36 fighter aircraft model F-16, the Iraqi Government announced in September 2011 for the first payment of the value of the transaction for the purchase of 18 fighter jets such as the Ministry of defence confirmed on 3 July 2012 at the Iraqi Government's desire to increase the number of such planes in the near future to protect Iraqi airspace.
