Eliminate so-called "electronic queries" to the Court of Cassation

The federal judiciary has announced the launch of Project E queries to Federal Court of Cassation in order to alleviate the burden on citizens by taking advantage of technological services. He said the supervisor of the Media Center for the judiciary Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, in a press statement received (News Today) a copy of it, that "it was the launch of the electronic queries to the Court of Cassation on the website of the judiciary as the highest court in Iraq and consider the country all the courts of lawsuits." Bayraktar promised, the project "a qualitative leap in the judicial work because it relieves the burden on citizens by reducing the time and effort and red tape and protect him from repeated revisions as can be found on all decisions which is in his own house."
Bayraktar said that "this project is the beginning of the end of the routine and break excess episodes that strain the ordinary citizen and dissipate his time in order to get the result of a lawsuit."
He added that he Bayrakdar "before more than six months (electronic queries were to submit a proposal by the Federal Court of Cassation, the establishment of an electronic window called) are interested publish the results of the decisions of the Federal Cassation Court, the citizen avoids repeat audits of the Court."

"
