Ministry of Finance: There are no full budget for the ministries this year

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN), Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance Fadel Prophet Osman said that the Ministry of Finance can not pay off the full balance of 100% to the ministries of this year due to the financial crisis plaguing the country and the war on terrorism and displaced persons and the oil price decline.
Osman said in a statement to (IMN) that "there is a large deficit in liquidity Iraq to lower oil prices and forced us to adhere to the operational side of the salaries Voattiyna ministries 100%," noting that the Ministry of Finance "has given to the ministries operational side accounted for 20% and in the months of 50%."
He noted that "there after the Eid loans and the issuance of some remittances sad, and it's possible to give part of the budget constructed in investment," pointing out that "the ministry spent 10% to the regions and the development of this part of the budget also."
"The work of the ministry is to find a balance in disbursements between ministries and state institutions, there are priorities such as discharge provided by the Ministry of war and displaced people and medicine."
The parliamentary finance committee, said earlier, that the priority of functional degrees in 2015 are the Ministry of Interior and Defense, and followed by the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and then the rest of the ministries and government institutions, noting that the grades in the new budget amounted to 71 thousand degrees and careers.
